Mneme privacy
Mneme is operated by Peter Danenberg.
What we collect
- The number you call from, when you call Mneme.
- Your Google account email and name, when you sign in.
- The phone numbers you add, and whether and when you consented to texts, on a call or on the web.
- What you say to Mneme and what it does for you, so that it can answer.
How we use it
Only to run Mneme for you: to know your calls are yours, to reach the services you connect, and to send the texts you asked for. Service providers that run parts of Mneme for us (telephony, speech and AI models, hosting) process it to provide the service.
Google user data
When you connect your Google account, Mneme asks Google for access to your Gmail (to read, organize and send email for you), your Google Drive files, and your Google Calendar (to read it and add or change events). Mneme uses this access only to do what you ask: to find an email, read a document, or put something on your calendar. It reads your data when a request needs it. It doesn't keep a copy of your mailbox, files or calendar; what it finds for a request becomes part of that conversation.
- Mneme doesn't sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
- It's shared only with the service providers that run Mneme for us (AI models and hosting), to do what you asked, or when the law requires it.
- People don't read it, except with your permission, to investigate abuse or a security problem, or when the law requires it.
- You can disconnect Google at any time on mneme.bot or in your Google Account's third-party connections, and delete what Mneme remembers on the Memories page. To delete everything, email support@mneme.bot.
Mneme's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
